After speaking to no less than eight (8) different vendors, enter Friedges Landscaping & Jim. I knew from the first conversation with Jim on the phone, they were different. For starters, Jim was more thorough & informative than his competitors. He took the time to walk me through all the particulars & answer all my questions.



Shortly thereafter, Jim came out and inspected our yard. He drew up a landscape plan for us & provided a detailed quote. I found Friedges pricing to be extremely competitive & fair (much less expensive than their competition).



We ended up doing in-ground sprinklers & sod on about 1/3 acre lot. They did it right, trucking in fresh topsoil & throughly grading the lot. We added a 4' rock border around the house, and seven (7) blue spruce pine in the back - about 6' foot each. We also did a boulder wall & a nice manicured area in the front with plantings.



Their team & installers were great and the end result was excellent. They even left me a plan & schematic detailing all the sprinkler zones & where the heads were located. Needless to say we're extremely pleased with the whole experience. Friedges & Jim are professional, timely & all around great landscapers. My favorite part is I have had no less than three neighbors complement my yard.

We had multiple companies come out and provide us bids for our landscaping. We ended up selecting Friedges because of their great reputation. They were detailed, professional and offered great suggestions in a range of prices. Friedges exceeded our expectations with their level of service. Their team completed our landscaping within the timeframe promised, stayed within our initial budget and even came back a few days later to move a bush a couple of inches that we asked them to move. I would highly recommend Friedges for all of your landscaping needs, you will not be disappointed!

The second time we have worked with Friedges and they are 2 for 2. This time we had a patio put in underneath our deck. Excellent design, scheduling, workmanship, and final appearance! The work site was cleaned daily and anything that was disturbed was restored to original condition, including re-sodding. The crew was very courteous, friendly, and professional; they can handle any situation. The patio is perfect and looks great!

Friedges has now done landscaping for our home twice. The first time was when the home was built and listed in the Parade of Homes which is when we purchased. When it came time to update and change our landscaping 15 years later, we again went with Friedges. They were very responsive to our request and our work was completed as designed.

We went with Friedges Landscaping with our new construction last spring and found them to be excellent! They were prompt, courteous, professional, and responsive. We were first attracted to Friedges because their price for installed sod was lower than others we had checked. The sales rep, Jim, answered all questions and gave us a complete and detailed written estimate with a variety of proposals. He was quick to incorporate our changes and get the new estimate back to us. He was helpful with making suggestions but knew the final choice was ours. They worked well with our irrigation installers so there was no delay in getting sprinkler & sod all done in the same week. When we ran into a “city inspection SNAFU”, (a different story, my problem, not Friedges) I called Friedges to see if they could help me out. The very next day they came out and fixed “my problem” over a several hour period, sodded more of my yard, and did not charge me for labor or the truck; only the cost of the additional sod. I am very pleased with Friedges Landscaping; I would give them my highest recommendation!

We had drainage issues in our back yard. Friedges was quick to respond and gave us a great bid for the work. We discussed some changes on site and their crew was hard-working and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping or drainage work. I am going to have them do some of our business landscaping this coming year.

Last Summer I had Jim from Friedges come out and help me with my back yard. I had lots of weeds and unwanted brush to get rid of, and I wanted professional help and ideas to make my backyard a nice place to see, and play for my kids. I had some ideas as to how I wanted it to look and feel, and Jim and his crew made it a reality (even better than I thought). Their pricing was less expensive than a local competitors, and the guys doing the work were helpful and flexible in tweaking the design as the project unfolded.

I am a homeowner who has never heard of this company until they put a lien against my house. They are upset that a contract with a developer did not go well so they are suing the individual homeowners who had no part in this. If this is how they do business I would stay clear of them. I know that a lot of building stuff went belly up but these are people that are going after people that have nothing to do with the deal. I have to pony up a bond or file slander of title now if I want use a HELOC. They are really messing with innocent people who had nothing to do with it.
