I live in La Habra and wanted to establish my credit on my own without a co-signor. Auto World Team between Jaxson in sales, Moe and Mostafa, the managers, went above and beyond to make it happen. I got my dream car, nice VW Jetta with less than 70000 miles that is in incredible condition for a used car. The day I was buying I noticed there was a lady who flew in from northern California to buy a BMW and I understand why she was willing to travel to get their car although there are a lot of cars every where. It's all about who you're dealing with. I thought that the least I would do to thank them is write these lines to help their business's great reputation that everyone in town is already talking about.

Professional Staff, Clean cars and Good Deals.

I found a car at Auto World from online. Tasha accommodated my busy schedule by arriving early to work and showing me the car I was interested in seeing. I was considering the smaller Jetta because of price, but Tasha showed me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that is more suitable for my family which was just as reasonably priced as the Jetta. It was in great condition, drove really well and I was offered a supplemental 100,000 mile warranty at an unbelievable price. It's been nearly two months and I see absolutely this SUV will last quite a while! Auto World obviously makes conscious decisions when acquiring vehicles and they make assurances that their customers will ride off in safe and reliable vehicles. I would recommend Auto World to anyone looking for a pre-owned car and will definitely be back next time I'm in search of one myself! Thanks Auto World!

I'm in the process of changing careers, going into the Real Estate business as a new agent and wanted a prestigious looking car without braking the Bank! I'm from Sacramento and searched within 500 miles radius and couldn't find a better selection of nice Mercedes-Benz with low miles than what Auto World has in their Inventory. I was skeptical at first since it's a long way from home but I read some reviews from other people who came from a lot more farther areas and I decided to give it a try. From the very first minute I called I knew that I'm dealing with professional people. They got me approved at a decent rate with average credit and although I'm in the midst of changing careers and handled all paperwork by overnight back and forth. I flew in to pick up my car, they picked me up at the airport and I couldn't believe how nice their cars are, I wished that I can buy more than one! This is the one and only place to go if you want to own a nice Mercedes-Benz for the price of a little strip down Corolla!

I was highly impressed with the business ethics and acumen exhibited at this dealership. Never have I been so impressed with a sales staff and support staff and the prices are extremely competitive. I can't stress this enough. Came in hoping I could buy a basic vehicle for a daily driver for my wife and ended up finding a really nice sports car for myself as well ! The pricing and financing options available through Auto World made it possible for us to afford both cars. This is THE place if you have less than perfect credit or just looking for the best deals on nice cars.

Many positive reviews here which we also read prior to visiting AutoWorld but it only takes one bad experience.



Long story short,

when finalizing the paper work for the car we bought from them, the sales/finance people @ AutoWorld initially told me that I could add an additional person on the car loan at a later time (in order to help him bring up his credit score since adding him from the beginning wasn't possible)

Basically, they told us that after 6 months of him making payments (with his account/checks), the bank would "trust him" and gladly add him to my loan.

Instead of verifying this with the bank, we took their word for it.

When the time arrived to make the first car/loan payment using his account, the bank rejected it and my payment was late.

When I called the bank to resolve the issue, I mentioned to them why he was making the payment on my behalf, but they informed me that since he is not on the loan, he could not make the monthly payments, furthermore, they clarified that the ONLY way to add him to my car loan was to refinance the vehicle, and AutoWorld knew this.

Thinking back now, its ironic how the sales woman from AutoWorld told us at one point while we sat in front of her that she wasn't a "shark" lol.

Although the car we bought is great, at the end of the day Auto World lied to us and we were deceived due to our own ignorance.

Lesson learned!

(Go with a large dealership, it seems that these small dealers will say anything to make a sale)
