        Overall

        Completely worthless waste of time. I made an appointment to get a filling replaced, came in, filled out a stack of paperwork as usual, sat down in the chair for the typical x-rays check up etc., Which I didn't bother sticking around for because I was told that I would not be getting my filling replaced since they DIDN'T HAVE TIME. I was adamantly clear on the phone that getting my filling replaced was the whole point of making the appointment in the first place. I should also add that they tried to upsell me on getting my teeth cleaned, which apparently they had plenty of time to do that day, just not my filling. Glad I took half a day off of work for nothing. I ought to bill them for MY time.
