NorthSide Plumbing

Very unprofessional! They were contracted by my home warranty company to fix several plumbing issues. I received a call from someone in the office who told me that the plumber would call me when he was on the way to my house between 8 and 9 in the morning. Around 10 the next day, I had not heard from anyone so I called the office and I did not get an answer so I went to the gym. At 10:20 the plumber calls and says that he is coming to my house. I informed him that I waited 2 hours and after no phone call, I went to the gym. I told him that I would be home at noon. I called his cell and the office number two times each and no one called or came over. At 1:30 I was able to speak to the office person who told me that the plumber would be at another job for at least 3 more hours and asked if I want to schedule something for tomorrow morning. They are so unprofessional and how can you call yourself a business if you only have one plumber.

The service call is very expensive, I don't know how people can afford it.

I am a repeat customer. They are reliable, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be a customer as long as I'm in K. C.
