Auto Tech

These guys were amazing! Our car broke down late at night and they were able to get it fixed and get us back on the road. They were very helpful with everything, helping with directions, hotel info and even told us of a great place to eat! The bill came and it wasn't as near as bad as I had anticipated. Thank you, I don't live in the area, but if I did your shop would be my only shop!

DONT GO THERE, THEY OVERCHARGE, I PAYED 200$ FOR THERMOSTAT CHANGE OF MY CAR, WHEN I ASKED BEFORE THAT THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IT IS GOING TO BE !!! AND THE DAY BEFORE WHEN MY CAR OVER HEATED BECAUSE OF THE ISSUE WITH THE THERMOSTAT THEIR TOWING GUY CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT IS GOING TO BE AROUND 100$ TO BE REPAIRED, NEXT DAY THE CHARGED ME 200$, DONT GO THERE, IT IS A SCAM !!!

I was sent here by the Jackson CarQuest. I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY from AutoTech. The manager - Paul uses intimidation tactics to try and over charge customers. If you question the very HIGH charges, he will become IRATE.

After I humbly asked why the charge was so high, I was called every nasty name in the book, Paul then threatened to charge me even more and lock my car up for the night unless I went and got cash to pay his inflated prices....AutoTech is NOT a cash only establishment.

I won't get into everything that happened that night nor everything I've found out since, but I truly felt like I was in the Twilight Zone - Paul went SO into left field. I felt threatened and trapped in that shop behind the UPS warehouse.

After I could finally leave, I called the police and they are now investigating AutoTech.

That is all I can say here - but believe me - especially if you are a female, do NOT go to AutoTech. They need to be shut down.
