The UPS Store

I just stumbled across this and was appalled by this person. I was there and there and there was a line and this lady kept asking the same question over and over. Kinzee is a great person and I go there to buy stamps; funny and I work at the post office too. BUT anyway, she needed it and was rude her self and this is not the right way to do what she is doing. She needs to go to the store and work out the problem with Kinzee. That is what she should do. I love that store, nice people and a great place to cool off in the summer too..

The service I received today was very rude and unprofessional. I do not appreciate being talked to the way that Kinzee spoke to me on the phone. Kinzee is very unprofessional and Does NOT need a job with customer service. Kinzee is very immature and NOT understanding of customers needs when needed; that is what customer service is. Kinzee was rude to me because I asked a question more than once. Is that not what customer service is, is “Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation." Kinzee needs to be retrained or NOT be in Customer Service field at all.
