        Overall

        I tried to use the coupon you left on my front porch to find out that your "special" prices are less than the 50%. If you are going to use unethical bait and switch business practices, then you should at lest encourage your employees not to tell the customers that there are two sets of prices.

        horrible service , manager there is rude, their employee is rude and when you tell them that they are bad they complain to owners and owner does not care about their business or customers they just believe their employees and tells you to leave , unprofessional WHOLE staff

        Does not meeting delivery time! Was less than 5 mins away having a birthday party and delivery hasn't arrived after 45mins of the said delivery time.

        Chris, We are sorry you had a negative experience. I attempted to look up your order in the system from 2/28 but could not find a delivery for anyone named Chris. Please call the store at 903-455-7272 and ask for Steve (the GM). No doubt our delivery times were poor that evening as the streets were pretty icy but we would like to make this right with you.
