        Overall

        I am very happy with their quality of service! Their prices are very reasonable and they are experts at what they do. Our water heater went bad on a Saturday they came out right away and fixed it for us. We will use them again for any and all of our plumbing needs.

        Called requesting a quote on a...

        Called requesting a quote on an instant hot water system. They sent quote back and CHANGED the brand without explaining or asking for my OK. The brand I asked for had been recommended by a house guest... I knew what I wanted. VERY POOR. Unless you want them making brand selections for you... cause they know best (of course the one they recommended was almost twice as expensive)... avoid.
