I have been coming to CHESHIRE NAILS FROM THE BEGINNING TILL PRESENT. THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY . JACKSON HAS BEEN DOING MY NAILS AND PEDICURES FOR 7 YRS AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO GO TO CHESHIRE NAILS. I'M ALWAYS HAPPY WHEN I LEAVE CAUSE I GET GEL NAILS AND SHELLAC AND ALWAYS LOOK AWESOME PLUS I GET LOT'S OF COMPLEMENT ON THEM.

They are friendly professional and I am always satisfied with the end result.
Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Cheshire nails is the best nails service in Grand Rapids. We came there with the group for Ped & Manicure, some full set Gel and shellac. It had good service and they did an amazing job.. The owner, Jackson, is super friendly and we will always come back there.

Was told over the phone by Jackson if I took off my own shellc and got a pedicure he would put my new shellac on for free. Well when it came time to pay no deal!! And he tried to charge me for a deluxe pedicure when I didn't ask for one!! He lost my business.

The best customer service I've received from any salon. The people are polite and will do their best to make sure you get your money's worth. Thumbs up!!

I went in to an eye brow wax and when it came time to pay I handed them my debit card. She asks me if I had cash. No, this is why I give you my debit card. After transaction was over, the man doing someones nails hollers to me from across the room, and in front of all customers "next time you get eyebrow wax, you pay cash". TOTALLY DISGUSTED and humiliated. If you don't want my money, I will take my business elsewhere! And that's what I told him. POOR POOR POOR business ethics (I really mean NONE). Unless you have cash, I wouldn't EVER recommend this establishment!

I love this place! Ive gotten a full set from a lot of different nail salons and Cheshire knows what a girl wants...I would recommend this place to all my friends... Thank you guys!!

Cheshire Nail and Spa is the best place to get a pedicure /shellac manicure in Grand Rapids. Jackson the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have seen him stay open extra hours for an emergency shellac manicure!!!! Girl was going on a surprise vacation the next day....he stayed open to help her feel beautiful. They do great work...extremely clean,and always treated with respect. Great place ...great prices.....no fungi!!!!!

My group and I came here to get ready for my wedding. All got pedi ,and shellac color and french. All of us are happy, the workers were nice and friendly, coming back soon.

I love cheshire nails the place is really clean (great atmosphere) & friendly. And professional nails techs. I came with my mother in law the other day we're so happy about the pedi they took their time & shellac French tip turned out really nice better than the other place I went to. I will be back thank you. (:

I just recently began to grow my nails. Before this I wore fake nails. Had my first manicure with my own nails A month ago. Not here. Loved it! Heard about French shellac nails. Love the style. Had an expired coupon for a VIP ped&man.For $48. Decided to use the $24 instead toward a $28 shellac, since it never expires for the amt. paid. Because the original owner left they wouldn't honor my coupon unless I added $24 for the VIP, which is not required with groupon. So. I spent $28 plus tip only to have my nails trimmed almost completely down. Jackson did make my cuticles look good, tho he nicked one of my fingers. He was critical of my cuticles that were done 5 weeks earlier! But at least at the other place, I walked out with length on my nails. The French style looks nice from afar, but stubs are not what I paid for. Perhaps someone else in there knows how to not whack off nails but this left me in tears! And frustrated with how my groupon was not honored !:(

This place is the best. They do the best. Coming back soon.

I am so happy with Cheshire Nails! I have been coming here for a long time now. Every time I come here for a pedicure and full set gel nails, they always do a great job! I am so happy! I told my sister in law to come try gel nails and she loved it! We will come back and bring our family and friends! The place is so clean and the nail techs are so friendly and nice! THIS BUSINESS DESERVES A NO STAR RATING!!! BUT REQUIRES SOME SORT OF STAR RATING SO I WENT WITH ONE.



SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, I WENT HERE TO HAVE SOME WAXING DONE. OMG! BIG MISTAKE. I ENDED UP WITH SECOND DEGREE BURNS TO MY FACE THAT TOOK WEEKS TO HEAL.



I REALLY DO LIKE TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, SO TODAY I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. BIG MISTAKE! HAD A PEDI (WHICH WAS OK) AND A FULL SET OF GEL NAILS PUT ON. SOMETHING WAS JUST NOT RIGHT WITH THE WAY THEY LOOKED BUT SEEING AS ONE OF THE STAFF CHECKED AND SAID I WAS GOOD TO GO. PURE BS! BY THE TIME I ARRIVED HOME THREE OF THE NAILS HAD SMUDGED (YES I WAS VERY CAREFUL) AND UPON FURTHER INSPECTION I FOUND FLAWS IN SIX OUT OF TEN NAILS. PLUS THEY TOGGLED ME BTW TWO DIFFERENT WORKERS. NEVER A GOOD IDEA! MY NAILS LOOK SO BAD YOU WOULD THINK A BLIND PERSON DID THEM.



LIKE I SAID, I LIKE TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, BUT WHEN THEIR END PRODUCT IS SO SUB STANDARD, THERE IS NO WAY I WILL PATRINIZE THEM.



STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This is the best nail salon in Grand Rapids to go to. I have been here a lot and i would love to come back. The owner and the workers here are friendly. It doesn't matter if Nik doesn't come back. The new owner does a really great job. PLEASE COME TO CHESHIRE NAILS AND SPA

I have been going here for about a year, Nick has been doing my nails and I love him and the way that he does my nails, well just found out that he does not work there any more now I have to go and find someplace else to get my nails done, because I did not like the guy that replaced him, my nails are brittle and break easy. He does not do as good a job as Nick....Nick where are you..............................

Best set of nails ever! Friendly, detailed, fair prices - what more could you ask. Clean friendly atmosphere. I will be back for more!
