        Overall

        This gym has high-quality and variety of equipment. The high rates keeps the membership low so in the three years I've been coming, I've never once felt like the gym was crowded or dirty (my two biggest peeves about most gyms). The staff is friendly and helpful. They don't offer a huge number of classes but I really enjoy the trainers and some of the classes they do offer, such as "Ripped" and "Cardio Power Interval." Also available are racquetball courts and a pool. If you've got the money, I recommend GVAC.
