        This place should just stick to nails. They should remove "spa" from their name because you do not receive the same treatment or quality that you would at a real spa. It is hard to put blame on the workers because they are barely paid anything. Typical cheap owners who refuse to pay their staff well because they could care less about how the customers are treated. If you make an appointment for a massage or facial, good luck-chances are they will not show up...If they do then it is a toss up whether or not you get good service. Since they get paid about 10 bucks (after taxes) per massage/facial- don't have high expectations.

        Don't go there. Sadly, I was trying to support local vendors with my brow wax--not a lot of money, but I am hosed for at least a year as despite my requests for clean up only, I am looking at the extreme opposite of a unibrow. Trust me, pay the extra & go to Hotel Palomar & completely bare.
