I Love Kickboxing - Franklin

I can't say enough about ILoveKickboxing! The workout is tough but completely worth it! The staff is amazing and they create a fun workout atmosphere and encourage you to keep pushing yourself even though its a tough process! It's truly a great time!

iLoveKickboxing has been a joy and I am so glad I found them! The classes are fun, engaging, and fly by. Most importantly, they are very effective! It’s a great feeling to see how many calories I burn each class on my Apple Watch. I also have so much energy after class. I have never had such a fun and feel-good workout as I do with iLoveKickboxing, and would recommend it to anyone!

LoveKickboxing.com is awesome! I can't say enough about my whole experience there! The workouts are intense but different every class which has kept me highly motivated to come back. The staff is so fun and welcoming, I have met one staff member that I didn't like. The facility is also beyond clean. They make sure to clean the mats and bags after every class! The other members are friendly and overall it's just a great atmosphere. I've been a member of quite a few gyms in my life and I can honestly say that this one has been my favorite!

I was sick of running on the treadmill and just going through the motions at the gym. This led me to be extremely unmotivated and dread working out. After a few classes at ILKB, my motivation is back and I’m hooked! The upbeat music gets you pumped during the warmup, the instructors are caring and helpful and want to make sure you have proper form with your work on the bag to get the best possible results, and the hour-long session seems to go by so quickly. The best part is that the workouts are different every day so boredom is not an option! I’m always excited to get back in the next day!

I started my fitness journey this month going into my third week at ILKB Franklin WI and I love it! The workouts are intense and just when you think you can't go on the instructors know how to motivate you and I love how each one have their unique way and their own music which keeps it interesting. Everyday is a challenge but every time I come out I feel a little more stronger then yesterday. I can't wait to see how far this journey takes me but as of right now I know I made the right decision of giving this place a chance. Place is well maintained and the classes they offer vary to make it for into your busy schedule.

I’m so glad I joined ILKB. The workout is great and since the routines change each time you don’t get bored. But the instructors and other members are what keep you coming back. They make class fun and will support but challenge you. After 2 short months I’ve lost weight, have nice muscle definition and improved endurance. I’m hooked.

I joined iLoveKickboxing in August and I absolutely love it! I attended my first class and the staff was so amazing! They were patient with me and helped me modify some of the harder moves until I got the hang of it. They push you and motivate you and make the workouts fun. Don’t get me wrong, its hard work but so worth it!

ILoveKickboxing.com-Franklin is wonderful! I signed up as a Groupon member and was looking for a new way to change up my workouts! After 3 classes I was hooked! The workouts are total body workouts and each class is different which is great for strengthening and building different muscles! I had no idea what I was doing and felt ridiculous, but they were patient and kept showing me what to do until I got it! They make everyone feel accomplished, and never miss a beat!
