My mother died on 8.5.15, she didn't want to be buried her but besides the point. I ordered a photo that was displayed at her funeral. Mr Lee's assistance took my information and cc. I was advised to let it take two weeks. Still nothing so I called, no answer, I left a voice mail and nobody called me back.
