Eyes and Optics Farmington hills- My husband and I had been here before, went for a simple nose pad adjustment and the tech broke his frame, no where near the nose pads. She told me we'd have to purchase new ones that they were "old". I watched her twist the frame near the side arm- no where near the nose piece. if this is your way of getting more business, shame on you. I am 88 years old and feel taken advantage of, I will never recommend anyone to this office. For this tech to smirk like it was a big joke- if your going to treat your customers this way, maybe you should work elsewhere!
