Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair

I've never been so impressed with any vehicle repair company in my life! Usually they make me feel uncomfortable, stressed out or taken advantage of because I'm female. But not here. My sister, an RV owner, recommended I go see Brad (the owner) to have my truck checked out before I picked up my new tiny house on wheels for the first time. Brad made time for me even though he was very busy, he set me up with a loaner hitch because mine wasn't right and he went out of his way...on a weekend...to make sure I was safe to travel. I came back with the house in tow and my truck needed some serious help. He fixed it up right and also noticed and corrected some electrical problems with the tiny house. He is the most honorable, skilled and honest mechanic I've ever met. I recommend his shop to all, car truck or RV.

Took 3 calls to get a reply to make an appointment. Was told between 11 and 1, no one arrived. I called, Brad said oh, it's after 1, my guys are at lunch...nice business acumen! He also told me it would be $300-400 for a window, they haven't even looked and he already has an estimate... bad place in my opinion, lost me as a customer !
