        Overall

        On the surface the owners at Oakwood Pool and spa seem very nice and knowledgeable. And they are, however their children (boys) who work there are very rude and arrogant. The customer service is lacking dont expect to ever be a priority. Even after waiting 2 or 3 months. Do not buy a spa from them because if it has an issue they will not return your call and you have to hound them to get service. Scott is a nice guy but his service is lousy. Go to Oklahoma City for any hot tub or pool needs.
