Changes Hair Group

I love Changes! I have gone to the main colorist for full foils and a cut for a year now and he is awesome. My hair is a pain to full foil and he always does it with a smile on his face! My mother-in-law is a beautician and even she wants to know how he does it because it looks so great! The prices are reasonable and the staff is very warm and caring. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be happy with their color and style!

I went to Savannah and she is absolutely awesome! I went from dark to blonde and she did a wonderful job! I also got my hair cut and I couldn't be happier!

I went to Changes Hair Group for an allover color and highlight and a haircut. The person scheduled for my haircut did not show up, so the color guy did it the haircut. All he did was trim the length, he did not trim any of the layers and I asked him to and he gave me a crap answer of why I didn't want the rest trimmed. Then he talked me out of allover highlights and gave me about 4 or 5 foils of blonde. He charged me the same amount he quoted me for the allover foils and color and I feel that he knowingly uncharged because he knows I don't get my hair done very much. I was sooooo disappointed. I called back to explain my feelings and they said I would have to pay for another haircut and he might put some more foils in if he thinks it would benefit my haircut. This place is not about customer service or listening to the clients wants. He is very good at swindling people for money.
