        Overall

        Lindsley Waterproofing did extensive crawl space waterproofing on our home in 2006. In 2014, an exterminator claimed we had excessive, problematic moisture in the crawl space. My communications at this point with Lindsley Waterproofing were frustrating; they sent me an estimate to fix the problem before they had a chance to inspect the situation. I called a few other companies to inspect the crawl space, all of whom found that the work done in 2006 was well done and was holding up as it should. Afterwards, Mr. Lindsley did personally inspect the crawl space. At this point he treated me professionally and politely, which I appreciated. He even apologized for the earlier communication problems. Overall the waterproofing work had been done well, and despite some initial problems with customer communication, all was resolved without incident.

        I can't say enough good about ...

        I can't say enough good about this company! First of all, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no charge for the inspector to visit and give me a quote. Secondly, the president of the company is the one who came and talked with me. The estimate that was emailed to me was very detailed and had a lot of information on it. I had some questions (I don't know all the lingo!) and it was all explained very clearly. We were able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks so I could plan around it. The crew arrived on time and they were very courteous, stopping to explain things as I had questions. When they ran into some big rocks in my yard and found out that the job was going to take longer than expected, the cost stayed the same! (I was worried about that because I have a really tight budget these days!). When the crew finished, they cleaned everything up and I could barely even tell that I'd had any work done! It was amazing! The ladies in the office, the crews, everybody was super nice and I will definitely recommend Lindsley to everyone I know.
