I called office for a pipe leak. Didn't know where it was coming from. The receptionist helped us trouble shoot it and told us what to do until the plumber could get there. He was able to come the next day and fix it. They gave us an estimate in the phone A told us ways to be ready that would save us money. The charge was $50 less then the estimate because we didn't need to do all that was thought. I appreciated that.

I have used Guthrie 5 separate times. He has helped me fix and remodel. He gave me a bid and told me all the ways we could save money. He's come to help and not charged me and also connected me with others who saved me lots of money. When I call the office the gal does so much trouble shooting with me. Thank you for the ongoing service. I've referred to so many and everyone has thanked me. June

Wouldn't use this company again. There was a miscommunication with arrival time so called to re-schedule but MIchelle, who schedules all the appointments, didn't return my messages so went with Hietala Plumbing instead. All worked out great in the end, and found a better company because of it.

Do not use Guthrie Plumbing. OVERPRICED for the work he does. I had him do a couple different jobs for me until I finally found another plumber who does better work and charges less money (check plumbers in smaller cities surrounding Duluth - Proctor, Esko, Carlton). Plus, Guthrie's phone receptionist is very RUDE.
