I wish I could give them more stars, but they would have to actually show up to do the work first! So far we've been waiting since late July for a roof repair with structural damage from a downed tree. We paid half up front upon signing the contract and have been promised repeatedly "just a couple more weeks". After many phone calls we at least got someone out for a temporary patch job (ie. tarp) in September, but so far THAT'S IT!! This has been a nightmare! Now it's mid October, very windy, and we are quickly losing the type of weather needed for this job! Beware the promises Don Mann makes to you!! Update: 11/8/11 - Well, they finally came out, but I still can't increase the stars. The workmen were unprofessional and careless, and a roofing patch job was done instead of the whole section replacement promised. (fraud perhaps??) After much negotiation we cancelled the remainder of the contract and will finish the job with another company. Never in my life have I experienced such a nightmare as this company. I can't believe State Farm has them on their preferred list!
