        Good doctor but poor client attention and service

        I went to this OB/GYN when I was pregnant with my first son. Though Dr. Dharma is very nice, it is rare if you actually get to see her and not one of her nurses. I saw her a total of two times during my entire pregnancy, not including delivery. The clinic is ALWAYS packed, and although they give you an "appointment", they openly admit that it is first come first serve, and they accept walk-ins at any time of day so there are times when you could possibly wait for an hour after your "appointment" time before you are actually seen. Dr. Dharma has four locations and jumps around a lot, so she is never around when you need to speak with her. I switched to a different doctor with my second pregnancy where I received the doctor's full attention. Especially during a pregnancy, the low level of attention and service you get is not very comforting.
