Spring Cypress Dental

I recently moved into the Cypress area and was looking for a new dentist for my family. A neighbor recommended Spring Cypress Dental. I never thought I could find a dentist as good as my last but I think I just did. The staff, the doctor and the hygienist were fantastic. They were thorough, professional yet I felt comfortable and at ease. My kids loved in the chair movies, actually so did I. Im definitely recommending this clinic to others!

I give this place ZERO STARS. My husband went for a routine cleaning after doing a 2 min exam and took a bunch of x-rays, they told him he had to have a deep cleaning ($250). Of course my husband asked just to have the regular cleaning for now and then their tone changed and they continued to tell him LEGALLY they have to do the deep cleaning or nothing at all. He jumped out of the chair and left. I had an appt. with the same dentist later that afternoon and did not want to walk into a trap so i chose to cancel and take my business elsewhere. When I call to cancel the staff said it would be a $30 fee to cancel within 24hrs. I've never ever been to this dentist before, they have NO information on me and I never confirmed the actual appt. Anywho, I was so taken back from her saying I owe them that I laughed in her face and said are you kidding me?! My husband called back right after to ask about this fee and she was VERY rude and told us that we are not welcome in the practice any loner. (big deal, not)



I'm pretty sure they can't "LEGALLY" as they like to say, deny you a scheduled service and corner you to upgrade or leave. I'm just saying. flipping outrageous! We've since filed a complaint to the board and waiting to see what to do from there.

I had my filling done for my front tooth from this office and left a gap. I went back and ask for Dr. Mogri to fix it because of the mistake of his associate dentist and denied stating that it's the shape of my tooth that he won't fix it. I told Dr Mogri that I have this filling change multiple times since i was a kid and everytime I don't have this much gap.
