Dr Ermac is excellent, he is detailed, thorough and really listens. He is helpful and personable too.

I've seen Dr. Hoefer since 2008. Every time I come to this office, I'm continually floored by how increasingly rude and nasty the front desk staff is. It's truly amazing. After today, I can also add the billing/insurance department to that list too. It's a shame because Dr. Hoefer and his assistant are a stellar team. You just have to be willing to wade through all of the BULL at the front desk to get to them. Check your email and write down your pharmacy's phone number before walking in. There is NO cell phone reception in this building at all. They have installed a device that purposely blocks all cell phone and wireless signals. When you're sick and not feeling well, the last thing you want is for people to be impolite . Even if this place is convenient to your house, find another doctor's office. The staff is going to run this one in the ground with their attitudes.

Had an appointment today. After 40 minutes waiting in the exam room, I got up and left. Nothing good to say of them. You would think someone might say something - offer water or bathroom break. Not here!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shepard for over 15 years and have really enjoyed him, he is a very nice man. I do believe that he is just overbooked and not able to pay attention to the damage his staff is doing to his practice. I was in the office a few weeks ago with a really bad cough and sinus infection. While waiting over an hour in the waiting room, I had 2 different people ask me my opinion of the office because they looked online and found horrible reviews about the office staff. I told them that Dr. Shepard is nice but the women that work up font are HORRIBLE... While I was there I witnessed one of these women kick out a patient because they were directing him upstairs and no one was there and he was getting frustrated. Rather than help him, they told him he was going to have to leave because he was making a scene. HE WAS NOT... he was very quiet and calm. I was also asked to leave the office because I asked for cough medicine with codeine in it and they refused, told me I would have to try the medicine they prescribed, and if it didn't work I would have to make an appt. the next day, pay again and get a new RX and pay for that again. I told them I am to sick to come back and I don't want to waste money coming back for a RX that I can get now. 4 of the bullies from the front desk came to the counter and told me I was exhibiting signs of a drug addict because I was asking for the cough syrup with codeine. I have seen this doctor for over 15 years and really liked him, but his staff is driving everyone away, they are very abusive. I don't see this practice succeeding in the future because of the horrible office staff. Last week I tried to renew my RX for thyroid and they are refusing. I have two pills and am expected to find a new dr. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE.

Poor service and rude staff. Went with wife and two young children. Waited in separate rooms for over half hour and nurse was rude when I wanted to see wife who was looking after our one year old baby and 4 year old. Doctor (Dr. Ermac) told me that I can leave if I wasn't happy waiting. Was told we needed to make appointment second time we came back to give urine sample as we were told to just come anytime. Unprofessional doctor and nurses. Did not even bother to go through our blood work results in detail. Just told us to part way with them which we were more than happy too.
