Buyer Beware! I ordered a bracelet from this company. Ten days later I called to check on the status and found it hadn't been shipped. I tried to cancel the order but was told that they do not allow cancellations despite the fact the product hadn't shipped and wouldnt ship for several more days. I then asked about the return policy and was told they do not issue refunds! Not even if the product is defective! It's too bad. This company may have a good product but I won't do business with anyone with such unscrupulous business practices.
