My owners having been taking me here for years and I always come out looking and feeling marvelous and the people are nice too!

Purple Poodle is more reliable than the post office, there for your pets 7 days a week. Convenient and with the safety and comfort of home.. They groom my dog and board my dog and cat when I am out of town for the last three years without a single incident. I am positive that if there were a problem I could talk to them about it. I simply would not take my pets anywhere else, or hope I don't have to.

I had to go out of town and left my cat there for a couple days. I didn't like the way that the guy was treating me. Arguing with me pretty much when I told him that I wanted things to be done my way, since I know my cat. He kept insisting that he would use their stuff instead of mine. If you know cats well, you know that they are territorial and feel more comfortable having familiar things around them. He didn't care about this. When I went to pick my cat up, she was hiding and I was speechless when I saw that he didn't even care to put her wet food in a plate but left it in the can. How the hell is the cat supposed to eat the food like that??? The box was filthy and he just handled it to me like that to take it home. I will not only never recommend them but also won't take any of my cats to them even though they are just right around the corner from me and therefore convenient. Never again.

They cut my dogs face and did not tell me. When i called to ask about it they gave no apologies only stated " i dont know what to tell you". Plus my dog came home from being groomed with grey dirty paws. I wld give zero stars if it was an option.

We always use the purple poodle when we need something quick and short notice. And have only had one bad expierience when our dog got biten by another dog while staying there. This isnt so bad because the took her to the vets and payed the bills. But when she would be groomed months later they never said anthing about a remaning staple in her neck from when she was getting helped at the vets. We never found this out until she got a grooming from a moble groomer after many times at this store.

I like the Purple Poodle, they are always kind and helpful.

I boarded my dog here when I had a family emergency. I was out of town for 10 days and was due to get my dog groomed the next week. When I dropped off Charlie, my poodle, Dave let me know that they could groom him while I was out of town. When I picked Charlie up he looked great and had a good time while I was gone. They keep the kennels clean and the dogs happy.

The Purple poodle is the only groomer I have used, and my pet is not the easiest to control. They are open early and very patient with my hard to manage animal.
