Hertz

This was the worst place that I have ever rented from. The manager Dan was rude and disrespectful. Be careful he will get you to take out insurance that you don't need and also charge you a gas fee even if you take the car back full. If you have to use Hertz go to a different place.

Went to pick up rental while car was at body shop for repairs. The first thing we saw was the no smoking sign in car, however the smoke smell would knock you out. They had put 5 air fresheners in vents to cover it up only to make the smell worse. Finally the car had not been cleaned. It was covered in bird poop. They did not even offer to clean it. Will never use again.

Needed to rent a car since mine was in shop. They did a credit check and said I couldn't rent. I told them I had over $3,000, they said that didn't matter. They don't take cash either. I went somewhere that did. Never use them in the future because of this experience. Last I heard it was illegal to not take cash.
