If you are looking for someone with poor craftmanship and professional skills, this is your company. Chris talks a BIG game and guarantees that he will take care of you throughout the remodel process, but boy, will you be surprised. His crew was unsupervised over the course of a week they worked for us. The crew left walls unpainted, ceilings unrepaired, light fixtures were covered in paint, and didn't even clean up the job! We called Chris in regards to his poor crew and didn't received calls back for several weeks!! We sent letters expressing our concerns and after 3 letters and several phone calls we finally got a call back. His explanation, it was a new crew. I'm sure you're asking yourself the same question I was, "If this is a new crew, why weren't they supervised?" "Why was their work never inspected?" Chris assured us he would come out and resolve the issue. It has now been several weeks. No calls, no visits, no contact. We called in another painter to finish the job, we were not going to wait any longer. This was not the first problem with them, but it will definitely be the last.
