Spectrum Rehabilitation

I tried Spectrum Rehabilitation per my doctor's recommendation. Their facility is convenitely located two miles away from where I live. I'm so happy that my doctor recommended this physical therapy location.

The care that I have received at Spectrum Rehabilitation has been remarkable. The staff and my therapist have been able to resolve my pain. They have helped very much with the pain I had in my back. Out of 100%, I'm at 85% and working everyday to get to 100%.

Went to Spectrum after knee replacement surgery and they didn't do anything but make me wait around. I went 3 times and every time was the same. I paid my co-pay when I first checked in. They claim I didn't pay for a session. They sent it to a collection agency for a $20 co-pay ! The physical therapists were rude, lazy and acted like they didn't want to be there helping anybody. The only friendly person there was the receptionist, I would not recommend going there. I went to Select Rehab and it made a wold of difference. They were kind, and really worked with me. They were all female physical therapists and were kind and compassionate. Unlike Spectrum, where they were all males and could care less. I've heard a lot of people say that and that they changed rehabs after finding out for themselves that they just don't care.
