Imagination in Education Headquarters

I don't even feel comfortable giving them a one star rating, but I guess that is my only option. My daughter has been going there for almost 2 years and it is a waste of money because other childcare places actually have and utilize legitimate programs for our children and this place has what they would like parents to believe that their children are doing, but in reality they are not. They are always making excuses as to why their rates need to be increased (twice this year) after they started charging fees last year for nothing..no value added!!! They are always having staffing issues. My daughter has had at least 8 staff at the one school since she has been there. My daughter was fed moldy grapes there and when I confronted the issue about it she was very apologetic and stated it was what she received and she didn't notice, but is that what my money really pays for?! And to top it off I learned from my daughter (who is in 2nd grade) that a child had inappropriate discussions with other kids in DAYCARE, so where was the staff when all this was going on??? I would never recommend this company to anyone unless they were desperate.
