        Tech did not know codes for hot water heater istallation, and would not read installation instruction that were provided. Did not pass inspection and had to come back at our cost. At their stated rate they overcharged us. Use another company,

        Will not stand behind their work when they make a mistake. Labor rate is above average quality is below average. Office Personnel was very nice, cast of workmanship is only fair.

        We were over charged for labor, we requested to have a shower valve installed, we were quoted at worst case scenario which was $590. The total time the tech was at our house was 2hr 45mins at $85 an hr. We received an invoice for $620 which included 4.5 hrs of labor. When we called to address this, we were told that the tech reports his own hrs. We asked how he came up with 4.5hrs, we gave the company the times in which they called us, as well as times when he arrived and left. They could not provide how the tech reported his hrs to us. They told us they will call us back to check with the tech and talk with the owner. We were told that it is impossible to do the job in almost 3hrs. They then told us they would reduce our invoice to what they quoted us at the original worst case scenario. they said since she the receptionist had to order the parts it took her time out of her day and refused to lower the bill to the correct amount. WE WILL NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
