        They Do not Charge 100.00 for estimates. Estimates are free, But if you are called out on a service call you get charged.

        Had them quote a water heater. They were significantly higher than other quotes. When I didn't go with them, they sent an invoice for $100 - this charge was never mentioned before. Be careful of surprises!
