They took $1200 down payment to replace my deck. When they did not do the work, I asked for the money back. After confirming that Home Depot would take back the supplies that he had ordered, Dave Moran told me that "he had just dropped the check in the mail." Of course it was never received. I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau, and they did not respond to them either. It's one thing to not complete a job to which you have committed and been given partial payment for, but to lie about returning the money takes it to a higher level of deceit. This company had done work for me in the past, and I had given them several good references, including to my sister who is the power of attorney for our other (disabled) sister. They performed satisfactory work for her, so I just chalk my loss up to helping my disabled sister. I just hope that they don't scam her. You never know about people. I hope the Morans get themselves straightened out; they are WAY over their heads!

They took a $1,300 down payment to replace gutter, soffit and fascia in Sept., we've tried to contact them numerous times, and the work has never been done. They're scam artists, especially the co-owner, Brad Moran. Do not use them.
