RockBox Fitness Chesapeake

I just Joined this gym a few months ago and it is a very nice gym and never crowded which I love. I joined under a Groupon deal which was only $19 for 3 Months . You can't beat that. The gym is relatively small but honestly I love that. I used to go to the YMCA and it was always so crowded. It's nice to find a gym that's not crowded or overpriced.

They have plenty of machines and a nice variety definitely enough for everyone to get a good workout in for sure. The gym is always pretty clean and things seem to be in order. The manger is also pretty friendly and helpful if you have questions on the equipment or need assistance.

I would definitely reccomend this Gym and to buy the Groupon as its a Great deal

This place is a joke. Please stear clear and do not join. I went in as a groupon membership for three months it was 15$ so I figured why not it's close to home at the time and it's cheap....I then did two personal training sessions which I never signed for these to come out of my account I told them I would pay separately for these. 3 days later after the sessions they pulled the money out of account after a few days of back n forth my bank credited me the money back. 3 months later I go to cancel because I moved out to the ocean front and was not going to drive back into Chesapeake for a gym. I called to cancel Ryan begins to tell me about some bogus rule they have that you can only cancel do to a move if it's 20 miles away from the nearest location I was 18.2 miles. I told him I did not care if it was 10 miles away I want to cancel this I do not want this to continue as a membership. He then tells me I have to go down to the office and if I want to cancel my membership what if I moved across country would same " rules"apply??? Would I still have to come in. I tried several other times to cancel no luck. They then charge me again for membership I called my bank they were nice enough to refund my money this was 2 days ago I woke up this morning with more charges out of my account from your time. Only option I have now is to get a new card which is inconvenient since the holidays are coming and I'm traveling a lot. DO NOT GO HERE. Facility Manager Ryan Mosher is incredibly hard to work with, never returns calls, and is never in office. There are many other locations to which I would choose from than 24/7 fitness.
