About two years ago, I proceeded to put my account on a freeze because I was pregnant. After putting my account on a freeze, I was charged a full month of service. I then called and spoke with Dallas who was at the time very helpful and advised me to just contact them back when I wanted to unfreeze my account and remind him that I was indeed charged for a month that I couldnt use. The reason I had to do that was because he stated he had no way to reverse the charge. Now, two years later, I am attempting to reinstate my account and reminded, just as I was directed to do so, about the extra charge and how my first month should already be covered. While on the phone, I felt extremely, extremely offended. I told them that Dallas advised me he would notate my account so that it would be an easy transition when I returned, which I definitely was going too. However, after being told by Brandon that there were no notes, and they dont see any charges that are incorrect, I advised him that there would be no reason for me to trick them out of $25.00. I make over $60,000 a year. $25.00 isnt anything to me, however, principles are. When I said to Brandon that I didnt have anything to gain by lying, he completely disrespected me saying things such as I am accussing them of neglectance, etc. I havent been so incredibly offended in my life. The way I was argued with over the phone was absolutley, hands down, the most immature conversation I have ever had from a business manager. In addition to that, the entire time I can hear Dallas in the background speaking negatively about the situation. I am a very devoted Christian and I never ever like to leave negative feedback, no matter what happens. This situation has sickened me to my core. I have ignored the multiple times when I was a customer that they lost my paperwork and charged me double, in which I had to wait for the returned funds. The only good workers there are the main girls. Its a huge shame that they go around posting all kinds of "positive" things they do for the community but on the flip side treat their customers they way I was treated. It is so not worth ever again giving my money to that institution and I will do my best to ensure that people know my story. It sickens me to my stomach that I even left this comment, but I refuse to be treated the way I was. X-Trem tan, you can have my twenty bucks.

I was introduced to this salon by my wife, & it is the VERY BEST tanning establishment I have EVER been to & I have been to many of them in Round Rock, Austin & Cedar Park. These guys really know their craft! The equipment is equivalent to or better than anything available anywhere else in central Texas, yet their prices are the most affordable I have found anywhere in Texas! (my wife & I have tanned all over the state for years)... Their customer service is exceptional and their knowledge of tanning in general is unequaled. They will also proudly explain how they have been premiered in multiple national & international magazines as well as local newspapers. It seems that they enjoy benefiting Cedar Park with charities and such as much as they do impressing and amazing their customers! Two thumbs up to these guys. I will never bother to anywhere else unitl I move out of the area!

My neighbor tans here. I found that out by my daughter's facebook. She tans here too. It seems like these guys have Cedar Park covered. I enjoy visiting them as people to conversate with and I am very pleased with their services. They offer the most over any salon! With their promotions, people can donate to local charities, getting free upgrades and more. As a twenty plus year Cedar Park resident, I have seen many new businesses pop up. This is one of the best to move into Cedar Park and as far as I am concerned, the best tanning salon in Cedar Park! Keep up the hard work. You guys deserve all the credit you get!

I have found not only their website very informative but their service. I really give these guys kudos as this salon delivers. I am witness to some of the most interesting conversations in TANNING! Omg who would of thunk it! Check these guys out!

THE WORST TANNING SALON I've ever been too. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!

After purchasing 2 months of tanning from Dallas(the Owner), I came in to tan and they could Not find me in the system after I've given them my last name and filled out the new client paperwork!! That happened everytime I walked in there to tan. I'm glad I was able to show them the reciept that I PAID for 2 MONTHS!!!

after tanning for the first 2 weeks, I had to call the cops on them because they decided to cuss me out and tell me to get out of their salon or else they would call the cops to say that I was TRESSPASSING!!! Are you *?!*#!? KIDDING ME???? WTF!!! I PAID for 2 MONTHS OF TANNING you freaks!!!

Anyways, they are worthless dirty old gay guys that live at the salon, walk around without their shirts and barefoot. GROSS!!! So unprofessional! I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

I love this place! They always have fresh bulbs, their mystic tan works great, doesn't smell and all the staff, Dakota & Patrick, are knowledgeable and friendly, just like the owner, Dallas. I recommend their services to everyone I know!
