Legacy Nails & Spa

On 8/19/2013 I treated myself after having no days off from work, managing my kids summer break and I needed to feel like a woman again. I went to Legacy since they are directly behind my house. Got a pedicure, full set, Brazilian wax, lip wax, and eyebrow wax. Total Price of service $258. The pedi was good, the set was applied to thin so I had to return (with my kids) to get them redone, the lashes started falling off (several everyday) to pay $119 they did not last but 3 -4 days, they are not even on now. To come get fixed Kristy would only let me come at 6:30p, my schedule never permitted, I come during the day and they blow me off, I called several times and just today I spoke to Nancy who said call tomorrow to speak to Vince.. REALLY I work too hard for my money to be treated like this, they know they messed up. I would like a return for the lashes. I could ask for it all since the wax broke me out and the bazilian wax was not good.
