Jeff Scottow installed 2 outlets in my basement. He was courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure I was happy with his work before he left.

this service provider was very nice and did very good work. he took a lot of time to find the electrical problem. he did not give up.

If I could I would have Wire Electric visit every home in the neighborhood. This is how much I believe in them . If you want excellent service call them , on time great people skills ,diagnostic first, you pay by job not hour. My tech-guy was awesome. Call them, go ahead call them!

Very professional. Terry explained everything he was doing. On time, & completed electrical work promptly. No complaints.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is a dispatch fee of $50 + tax that they charge just to do an estimate. There prices are not reasonable at all. I wanted 2 light fixtures installed and they quoted me $330 for a 10 minute job! I declined and I was stuck paying the ridiculous dispatch fee. I feel like I threw money out the window. There are so many better companies out there. Do not choose Wire Electric!

These people would not give a free estimate, i.e. ceiling fan replacement/installation. They charged a fee for the estimate, and then a ridiculous price for the project that took less than 1/2 hour. I needed the job done before going out out of town. I would never hire these people again. I even notified the BBB.

I am very unhappy with this company. I had an appointment for an estimate on some work that was recommend by a home inspection for a sale. I stayed home from work all day waiting for a 2 hour window call. They called at 2:10 stating they couldn't come and couldn't reschedule until the Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. This is totally unsatisfactory...and they were charging 50.00 just to come and give the estimate. Obviously they have little concern for their customers time. I found a replacement with a matter of minutes and there is not charge for the estimate.

No Surprises. The Price they quote is the price they charge. The Tech even wore boot protectors to keep the floor clean.

This business brags about their "30 years" of customer service, yet when coming out to do a quote - the technician was more interested in the furniture in the house then what electrical work we needed done. Then, after calling repeatedly and them saying "they don't have the figures yet" and no calls back, I called them again where they said "maybe someone else would be better for the job!"... yet they kept me waiting and waiting for a quote and never got back to me... If you ask me VERY bad customer service!!!
