Would recommend Northwest tire to anybody. Shane is honest, and will give you his opinion or recommendation that might suit your needs best. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me going over different tires, prices, and giving me the pros and cons to each tire. He was really flexible on scheduling and willing to work with me. We use him for all of our farm needs too. Whenever there is a problem one phone call and he'll have somebody there asap or if nobody is available Shane has come out on the weekends and afterhours to fix stuff for us. I purchased 4 new tires from Northwest Tire Service during the summer of 2009. A month ago, I had problems with 2 of them. After calling Shane and explaining my situation, he asked me to come in, so he could look at the tires. I was able to come in a day later and he agreed that both back tires would be covered under warranty. However, the replacement tires were not available at that time from the tire manufacturer.



Without hesitation, he upgraded my tires to a higher mileage tire and I was safely back on the road the same day. All I had to pay was the difference between the amount of tread that I had used with my original tires and the cost of the original brand replacement. Shane did not charge any extra for the upgrade.



I will definitely will be back to see Shane for my next tires. He took plenty of time with me and carefully and fully explained my options.

I've been dealing with Shane and Northwest Tire for years for many vehicles. I have always been treated with respect and recieved fair pricing. Then my sister, a blonde, drove on her tire after it was flat. I called to get a specific tire, and only 1 tire, not a complete set. Most tire dealers want you to replace as many as possible. He stated this would not be a problem to purchase only 1 tire, however, you can not purchase a warranty when only purchasing 1 tire or how are they supposed to know which one has the warranty? Totally makes sense to me. Mounting, Balancing, new stem, all included. What a life saver. Very honest and trustworthy person to deal with.

If you want, honesty, good service and to be treated kindly, do not use this company. In my experience, the Manager, "Shane" puts on a good front, but in reality is very rude and condescending, laughing at you all the way to the bank. He charged me for a new tire that should have been repaired instead, without asking, and would not sell me warranties on my tires, citing that I would misuse them. His actions were appalling. This is a very dishonest place, using shady business practices. Stay far away.
