        Not only did it take 4 weeks to diagnose my car but then another 3 weeks to swap out the transmission. In that time they made 2-3 phone calls to me the rest of the time I was calling them. I asked for a high performance transmission Denise said she would call me back when she figured out the transmission, 3 days went by and I had to call. There is not a high performance transmission for my car so I asked for a remanufactured transmission instead. She told me how much it would be but I was not given any other price options and come to find out she chose to order me the most expensive one without informing me. Ron contacted me about the issue and told me he was going to meet with me in person to fix this and then never responded back and that was a month ago. I am very disappointed with this shop and there deceitfulness, Denise does not know what she is doing, my brakes squeak and she told me to oil them.

        AER Auto Repair. Idaho Street, Boise, ID. What a great place if your car's acting up. Rob and Denise are great and wonderful people. Very friendly and great to work with. My experience was the emission's testing. Had it tested by others, replaced items they recommended to be replaced and still wouldn't pass emissions with dollars out of my pocket. Called AER from looking at web sites, not knowing one from the other. Denise answered the phone. She
        and I discussed my problem. Denise knew more about what may be the issue's more than the other place I went to, and she's answers the phones! Lone story short, Rob found my problems, repair or replaced necessary parts with all the time, telling me what he was doing and what exactly what was happening. He went out of his way and time beyond payment to be sure that he cleared all my codes. Took car down to emission testing and it passed. I would highly recommend AER Auto. Rob and Denise are special people in my book! They stand behind what they do. They treat you fair and just! Thanks guys! Randy
