I personally would never buy another home from this builder or do business with their real estate company. I purchased in a Zawarski community in Easton PA and was promised it would be appropriately gated, not only were the gates never completed or up to code leaving the residents with a very expensive issue. There are still 5 years later outstanding items the builder never completed leading the development to get an attorney in an attempt to get the remaining items completed. Also the check list on the home was not completed properly. I would recommend that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP. Also they tried to get me to use their own personal finance company which I found out at the last minute had very high interest rates above the standard going rates, so used someone else at the last minute. You will be sorry buying a home from them in from my experience.
