My car broke down on New Year's Eve. I called German Auto Kraft and was relieved to speak with Jeannine and not just get voice mail. My car was quickly diagnosed and repaired and even washed when I picked it up. I have used German Auto Kraft in the past to care for my Mercedes, Lexus and now my Audi. They are courteous, knowledgeable and honest.

I am pleased to recommend German Auto Kraft to anyone just as I would a good, caring doctor.

German Auto Kraft came to our rescue! We were traveling the coast of California enroute to San Luis Obispo County. I started feeling that our clutch was slipping somewhere near Half-Moon Bay. Unfamiliar with the area, I took a chance and called GAK. It must have been good luck or divine intervention but I know I called the right place! I explained that we were traveling and pressed for time. I limped my car into Belmont. The friendly folks at GAK even helped us get a discount on a rental car! We left our BMW Z3 in their capable hands and continued on our journey to Morro Bay in our rental car to get married. The following day we returned to GAK and our car had been repaired, washed and vacuumed. The technician showed us the old parts, explained the repairs and gave us complete confidence that the repair was done correctly. The technician was clean, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. Their shop was immaculately clean and organized. I expected the bill for the repair to be much more, but GAK treated us very fairly and we left knowing that we got a great deal on first-rate service!

I planned a trip taking my BMW and my Check Engine Display light came on. I needed to leave the next day. I called, spoke with Jeanine and explained my dilemma. They replaced my spark plugs and an air sensor the same day! I appreciated their quick response. They have great customer service and as in the past, I will continue to bring my BMW in for repairs and maintenance

I have always been impressed on how clean the office and the garage is. You can eat off the floors. This was not my first visit to German Auto Kraft. I have to have my car at the end of the day. ( I work in Redwood City and need my car to get home). They really helped me out. On my way to work, my temperature light went on, I needed a water pump and I had to have my car finished on the same day. I could see the place was completely full. They gave me a ride to work & really came through for me! I did not have an appointment! They even washed my dirty car, I was embarrassed to bring it in so dirty! I was so delighted with their service!

I called on Friday am. My Volkswagen would not turn on. They arranged a tow truck. They called me and explained what was wrong, i gave them the go ahead. I picked up my car after work. The shop was really busy and they showed me my parts. They had some really expensive cars in there. I was impressed how fast they fixed my car and would definately go again.

My Mercedes died on me and they came to the rescue. I towed my car to their repair shop, (I was late for a meeting) they helped me with a car rental . This shop repaired my car and even brought me into their garage and showed me all my old parts. This was a first! They even washed my filthy car complimentary. The work was expensive, however - well worth it! They helped me out .

I took my 2003 BMW M3 to German Auto Kraft after I heard multiple loud noises from underneath the car. I also wanted to do a little work on the inside of my car.



They realized that my RTAB's (rear trailing arm brushings) were worn out. They even showed me the part after replacing it and I was able to see the visible damage. The part was replaced and finished in a day.



They also were able to order me new seats for the entire car, at a great price. I changed the interior from grey to black.



Not only can they do routine service and check ups but they can also perform great customizing work. I would recommend this shop to any German car owner.



Talk to Jeannine at the front desk. She is very friendly and I was able to reach her immediately over the phone, unlike any dealership. She is pretty good to look at as well, might I add.

Really great shop! We received a flyer on our car. The check engine light came on. They told me it could be paid for by Volkswagen because our car is still on warranty.. Boardwalk treated us so terrible, rather than go back, I had GERMAN AUTOKRAFT replace the part. It cost us $325.00 dollars. I would rather pay them to fix it than go back to Volkswagen. They were quick - they fixed it the same day, professional and we appreciated the fact they told us we could have had the car repaired for free. We found a really great shop and we will refer them to anyone who has a Volkswagen or any German car. They even washed our car for free.

wanted to tell you GERMAN AUTO KRAFT is #1 in my book. They repair ALL German Cars and if you have not tried them you should. German Auto Kraft treats your car as if is their own. FIVE STARS for them!!!!!!



HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ON TIME!

I have never written to City Search or any other review/comment browser. I felt compelled to inform my fellow AUDI OWNERS of my repair experience. I have an Audi A6. I am sure you know how difficult it is to find a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic and garage. After all my years of owning an Audi, I have finally found “The Paragon “ of all garages. I have taken this car as well as my past Audi’s to all of the Audi dealers in the Bay Area. They take weeks to make an appointment and it is nearly impossible to speak with the advisor. I have asked if I can speak with the mechanic working on my car. No such luck. This time I had the proverbial check engine light. The A6 was shaking and my exhaust sounded like a diesel truck. I googled to find this shop and spoke with an advisor. They took my car immediately. One of the advisors showed me around the shop and gave me a ride home. I was contacted the next day – (not days later). My advisor ( a women who is one of the owners), did let me speak to the mechanic, he was extremely professional, a really nice guy, they all were. My exhaust catalyst failed. I did have to wait a few days for the part. They took me into the shop (VERY CLEAN) and showed me my old exhaust catalyst. Now that was a first!. They even wrote me a hand written thank you note. I was so relieved to find German Auto Kraft, I highly recommend them to all AUDI Owners. They work on all German cars.
