McDonald's

Service is almost completely stopped. Food portions continue to decrease. Frys half full. Customers walking out. Must wait long periods to get counter service. Unable to get good help.

I just pulled through and got a Quarter Pounder meal. It's 1:59pm. And it looks like it's been sitting there all day. Not hot. Can't even say it's lukewarm! The bun is hard and stale. I drive through because I don't have time to stop and relax to enjoy a meal during the day, if I eat at all. This is 2 times in a week that I've driven through and gotten awful food!! Last week it was an Egg McMuffin that was so hard I had to actually bite and tear the bread to attempt to eat it. Couldn't do it. When I called this particular location to complain, I encountered a woman who talked like she had cotton in her mouth! Couldn't understand a word she was saying and she was supposedly one of the managers!! What in the world are your restaurants doing, Mr. Ellis????? I remember when they were first opened. Somebody cared back then. It will be a long time before I visit another McDonalds in this area. I realize it's hard to find good employees, but please screen them a little better. Visit them more often to see what they are serving. Secret shoppers are my favorite thing, even for my own business. My cameras also help me see what is going on and if I need to change anything.
